The mission of my Better Benefits is "to work in partnership with member organizations to create a more informed and caring workforce - one aware and invigorated by a deeper understanding of resources available to employees and the community at large."
Our Orientation
Our service orientation, one where members come first, has resulted in us becoming one of the top five affinity programs in the nation in under a decade and the #1 affinity program when it comes to the # of offerings (over 3,580) and the lowest prices offered to members (because of our not-for-profit status).​
What We Do
my Better Benefits was formed with the charitable intent of aiding underprivileged children in the communities we serve who are in need of food, medical attention, clothing, and shelter. ​​​We do so by providing direct contributions and contributions of gifts in kind to organizations.
Who We Are
Tami Mitchell, Office Manager. CMA. Tami oversees the billing and general office operations of the association. She handles regular communications with HR & Benefits representatives to the association and is our first line of communication for most members.
John Brian Mount, Administrator. Brian oversees much of the day-to-day communications of mBB and shares website updating and maintenance duties with Darryl.
Darryl Robbins, IT development. Blue Archer/Square. Darryl consults on IT development efforts. He assists in the development of the mBB weekly newsletter and manages the various contact lists the association uses in our Campaigner contact system. Darryl also assists with managing the association's billing and invoicing systems.
Darla Fisk, AA. Marketing Assistant.
Marilyn Mitchell, assists with PR & new member (company and vendor) acquisitions.
